Enrolment Information

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at St Joseph's Bardon.  Please find the link below to our online application for enrolment.

You will need to click on the link, enter and review the required details, complete and submit the form, before your application will be submitted to us. 

If applying for enrolment for more than one student, when the form is completed there will be an option available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

Following the submission of your child's application, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain details of further documentation required.

Please Note:  submission of an application does not guarantee an interview or enrolment place.

What Happens Next?

After lodging an Enrolment Application, you will receive an email verifying lodgement of your application. Parents may then be contacted and invited ​to attend an enrolment interview. It is important that your child/ren who are intending​ to enrol attend this interview.

Please note that Enrolment Applications for Prep are encouraged to be submitted by late February of the year immediately before the child is due to commence Prep.  This timeframe makes allowance for possible changes to family contact details and Enrolment Policies and forms.

Enrolment Financial Details

An application fee of $50 will be charged to new and existing families on lodgement of the Enrolment Application Form. This covers the cost of processing the paperwork and preparation prior to the first interview with the Principal or Assistant Principal (Religious Education).

A confirmation fee of $300 is charged to all families, including siblings, on acceptance of a place offered at St Joseph’s. This confirmation fee is made up of two components: $100 for processing the enrolment confirmation and $200 pre-payment to be offset against first term’s fees.
